The event was presided over by Preah Mahā Thera Bhikhu Kittipālo Dr. Penh Vibol, Dean of PUC’s Faculty​​ of Education; His Excellency Veng Sereyvuth, Chairman of PUC Board of Trustees; Dr. Kol Pheng, Founding Father and President of PUC; His Excellency Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Operating Officer; and Professor Colin Young, Dean of Institute of Foreign Languages. Also in attendance were members of the PUC Board of Trustees and Top Management, esteemed professors, administrative staff, and family members of the graduates, totaling more than 800 participants. The event marked a significant milestone in the journey of the graduates, reflecting their resilience, dedication, and hard work. The ceremony served as a heartfelt celebration of their success and an unforgettable memory for both the graduates and their families. Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia congratulates all graduates on their outstanding achievement. The Institute of Foreign Languages of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC-IFL) proudly hosted its 5th English Diploma Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

The ceremony took place at the National Institute of Education (NIE) and celebrated the achievements of 303 graduates. The event was presided over by Preah Mahā Thera Bhikhu Kittipālo Dr. Penh Vibol, Dean of PUC’s Faculty​​ of Education; His Excellency Veng Sereyvuth, Chairman of PUC Board of Trustees; Dr. Kol Pheng, Founding Father and President of PUC; His Excellency Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Operating Officer; and Professor Colin Young, Dean of Institute of Foreign Languages.

Also in attendance were members of the PUC Board of Trustees and Top Management, esteemed professors, administrative staff, and family members of the graduates, totaling more than 800 participants.

A lady in her graduation gown expressed her excitement at being offered the certificate by the Prime Minister. Ms. Kanika, master graduate with honors in International Relations said, “It is a record in my family.” Ms. Kanika added, “All the family including my parents and the kids are coming to congratulate me.” Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) had the privilege of having Samdech Techo present the diplomas to the 24 graduates. There were more than one thousand staffs including pre-academic and academic staffs. Among those, 82 were foreign instructors of various nationalities such as American, French, New Zealand, Japanese, Korean, Thailand, Indian, Sri Lankan. PUC also has good international cooperation with Europe, The United States of America, and Asia Pacific. Since its official operation in 2000, PUC has constructed 7 branches in Phnom Penh and 2 in the provinces. Currently, there are 15,000 students with more than 400 scholarship students studying at PUC. They are very active in social and community work. They have experience about people’s daily life and work. As a result, they are well paid and get most scholarship abroad.

A lady in her graduation gown expressed her excitement at being offered the certificate by the Prime Minister. Ms. Kanika, master graduate with honors in International Relations said, “It is a record in my family.” Ms. Kanika added, “All the family including my parents and the kids are coming to congratulate me.”

Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) had the privilege of having Samdech Techo present the diplomas to the 24 graduates. There were more than one thousand staffs including pre-academic and academic staffs. Among those, 82 were foreign instructors of various nationalities such as American, French, New Zealand, Japanese, Korean, Thailand, Indian, Sri Lankan. PUC also has good international cooperation with Europe, The United States of America, and Asia Pacific.

Since its official operation in 2000, PUC has constructed 7 branches in Phnom Penh and 2 in the provinces. Currently, there are 15,000 students with more than 400 scholarship students studying at PUC. They are very active in social and community work. They have experience about people’s daily life and work. As a result, they are well paid and get most scholarship abroad.
